With a passion for supply chain efficiency, game-changing technology and superior customer service, Brian Abrams left a successful law career behind to found Corporate Imaging Concepts in 1996. Since then the company has continued to grow, revolutionizing the industry through hard work, a dedicated team and an unwavering commitment to building better branding solutions.

The inspiration for CIC came from a company Brian started in 1991 while in law school. Back then he was imprinting t-shirts and sweatshirts for fraternities and sororities. Rekindling his entrepreneurial spirit, Brian set out to improve that original business model.

CIC is founded. From day one, Brian knew that CIC’s success would depend on a talented team of customer service, sales, technology and warehouse experts that work to exceed client expectations every day. Our employees are among the best in the business. Always have been and always will be.

Executive Team

Bob Herzog CEO

Bob joined CIC in April of 2017 as its CEO with a goal to continue CIC’s explosive growth to become one of the largest and most efficient Distributors in the promotional space. Prior to joining CIC Bob spent the previous 10 years with Polyconcept North America. While at PCNA Bob was the CEO of the Bullet Line business unit in Miami for 7 years. As CEO Bob was instrumental in growing the Bullet business over 250% while also increasing the profitability during that time frame.

In 2015 PCNA underwent a Transformation to integrate all operations in North America and Bob was asked to assume the COO role. The Operations team under Bob’s leadership was able to streamline and standardize operational processes across all 5 facilities in North America.

Before Polyconcept Bob was the Managing Director of Import Operations for FedEx in Memphis Tennessee for 6 years. Bob’s team was responsible for obtaining US Customs clearance for 75,000 inbound shipments every night in a 3-hour time span.

Bob started his career at UPS in Northern California. Bob’s first assignment was loading trucks part-time while attending college. He was able to continually take on larger roles including General Manager of several large Divisions in the Northern California area.

Bob has his BS in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Rick Salvadore VP of Sales

Rick Joined CIC in September 2017 as its VP of Sales. Before CIC, Rick focused on Strategic Customer Sales and Revenue Generation, Business Development and Relationship Management in US and Canada; Retail Grocery, Food service, Consumer Packaged Goods and Healthcare.

Rick has a BS from US Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Atul Shevade CTO

Before joining CIC, Atul was a founder and CTO of iMenu360 Inc., a high frequency, online ordering portal for restaurants around the world. He was also the co-founder and general partner of Ordernetwork, LLC. In addition, he also served as a Senior Management Consultant at Ernst & Young.

Atul holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from S.G.S. Institute of Technology &Science.

Thomas H. Ghegan, Jr. Board Member

Thomas “Bud” Ghegan has been a Managing Director at Berkley Capital since 2013. Prior to joining Berkley Capital, Bud served as a Principal at Founders Equity Inc from 2006 to 2013. Earlier in his career, Bud worked in the private equity and financial services practices of Oliver Wyman in New York and London.

Bud holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Virginia.

Frank T. Medici Board Member

Frank Medici has been the President of Berkley Capital since 2006. Prior to joining Berkley Capital LLC, Frank was a Managing Director in the financial institutions group, investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. and, prior to that, he was an attorney specializing in corporate law with the firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP.

Frank holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Fairfield University and both a M.B.A. and J.D. from Fordham University.
